The Secretary has built in support for video and audio files. On the front-end, video is by default displayed using the JW Media Player and audio by the WP Audio Player.
Uploading video and audio is exactly the same as uploading images, though wait times are significantly higher. Note too, that your server has a limit on how many megabytes can be uploaded through a web form (usually 8mb), so make sure to compress your files before uploading.
In order to ensure the best video viewing results on your website, you should provide a width and height value for each video uploaded. You can do this by hovering your mouse over the icon of the file and then over the “Edit” button that appears - click on “Edit details”. A dialog box will pop up with fields for a title, caption, width and height. Enter the width and height of your video and click “Save”.
For audio, it is a good idea to enter the title of the song/clip in the Title field and the artist name in the Caption field - this information will be displayed in the audio player itself.
