Login to The Secretary and under the Projects menu click Manage. 

Step 2

Click the New Project button at the top of the page and enter a name for the project. You may be requested to create a section before you can continue. 

 

Step 3

You will be taken to the project edit page, where you can enter information about the project, such as the date it was created and tags as well as upload images, video and audio.</description>

tags Instead of using sections, you can take advantage of the tagging system and tag your projects with related keywords. Enter a comma separated list of tags, and only such tagged projects will be shown:</description>

        <description>The pages module includes the following functions. You can use these in templates as well as layouts (though they are used primarily in the templates: projects_list.html and projects_view.html). All functions return values and never echo them, so that further operations can be made by themers/plugins/etc.</description>

        <description>The Secretary has built in support for video and audio files. On the front-end, video is by default displayed using the JW Media Player and audio by the WP Audio Player. 

Uploading video and audio is exactly the same as uploading images, though wait times are significantly higher. Note too, that your server has a limit on how many megabytes can be uploaded through a web form (usually 8mb), so make sure to compress your files before uploading.</description>

        <description>A unique feature to The Secretary is the ability to group images and text within each project, essentially allowing you to layout each of your projects. Groups, textblocks and files can be rearranged through drag and drop.
